انخفضت ارباح شركة الأسمدة العربية "سافكو"، التي تعد واحدة من أكبر الشركات المنتجة للأسمدة الكيماوية (اليوريا والأمونيا) في العالم إلى 1051.3 مليون ريال بنهاية عام 2016 بنسبة قدرها 51 %، مقارنة بارباح 2130.5 مليون ريال تم تحقيقها خلال نفس الفترة من عام 2015 ، كما يوضح الجدول التالي:

قالت الشركة ان سبب انخفاض الارباح خلال الفترة الحالية مقارنة مع الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق يعود إلى انخفاض أسعار البيع لمنتجات الشركة وارتفاع تكاليف اللقيم والمنافع وانخفاض نصيب الشركة من أرباح شركة ابن البيطار نتيجة الصيانة الدورية وفي المقابل ارتفعت الكميات المباعة لمنتج اليوريا مما ساهم في تخفيف أثر الانخفاض في أسعار البيع، ولنفس الاسباب ارجعت الشركة سبب انخفاض الارباح خلال الربع الحالي مقارنة مع الربع المماثل من العام السابق.

فيما عزت الشركة سبب ارتفاع الارباح خلال الربع الحالي مقارنة مع الربع السابق إلى ارتفاع أسعار البيع لمنتج اليوريا وانخفاض تكاليف المبيعات نتيجة استمرار اتباع الشركة برنامج ترشيد الانفاق بالإضافة إلى تخفيض مخصص مخزون قطع الغيار.

قالت الشركة ان إجمالي حقوق المساهمين ( لايوجد حقوق اقلية ) خلال الفترة الحالية قد بلغ 6976 مليون ريال، مقابل 7596 مليون ريال للفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، وذلك بانخفاض قدره 8 %

كما اشارت الشركة الى ان الكميات المنتجة ارتفعت بنسبة 17% كما ارتفعت الكميات المباعة بنسبة 13% للعام الحالي مقارنة مع الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق. وفي المقابل سجلت اسعار بيع منتجات الشركة انخفاضا بمعدل 23% لليوريا و37% للأمونيا خلال العام الحالي مقارنة مع الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق نظراً للظروف الاقتصادية العالمية السائدة كما ارتفعت تكاليف اللقيم والمنافع الذي تأثرت به نتائج الشركة خلال الفترة الحالية.
